Product Introduction
PCB is now being massively used in all kinds of electronic products. As electronic products are ever in pursuit of miniaturizing and having more functions, PCB is also moving towards high density, integration of soft and hard boards, etc. As there are many types of PCB and with various types of defectives, inspecting whether these PCB meets the regulations is still based on human inspection, which prone to result in tiresome eyes and further could reduce inspection speed and accuracy.

The review machine developed by TSSC is to cut the image of PCB waiting to be tested into several pieces by making use of camera to replace the two eyes and store into memory so that the operator could check the PCB defects through computer screen. This not only could reduce operator’s burden and increase the inspection speed but also could increase customer’s product quality. |
